Attachment layout improvements

Good morning,

I realized that the look of the EHS Submittal Form is different when it is in the form version vs when it is filled out. It is much easier to understand which documents are being reviewed if there are titles above where the attachments go rather than them all just saying Attachments. Please see screenshots below. Is this something that can be fixed?
